What We Are About
As Residents of McCarthy Hill with common interest, we recognize that the welfare of individual members is a collective responsibility. Whereas it is deemed necessary to unite and marshall resources to uplift the social, security and environmental concerns of the Association, the entire membership hereby mutually agree to adopt and give to ourselves this constitution and boldly uphold its values.
Mobilize resources needed to sustain and maintain our environments and neighborhood.
Promote and encourage environmental laws and policies.
To manage and enhance the quality of our community
Foster and encourage co-operation amongst residents
Resist environmental pollution.
Carry out programs and activities that would promote the improvement of our neighborhood.

Our Mission
To make McCarthy Hill a pleasant, clean, warm and friendly community to live in. In order to achieve its aims and objectives, the MHRA may:
Raise Funds
Raise money by members paying a monthly\annual dues. Members may be asked to contribute additional funds for special projects to be determined by the Executive Team.
Information Exchange
Work with other groups and exchange information. Do anything that is lawful which will help it to fulfil its aims. With togetherness, we believe everything is achievable for MHRA.
